Claiming your Profile and Submitting Content

1. You agree that to claim a Profile, You have to register on our Platform by clicking on this link. You will be required to fill in certain information, which if includes any personal information will be subject to our Privacy Policy. We have the sole discretion to either accept or reject your request of registering on Our Platform. In the event of any rejection, we will inform you by way of an email to your email address which You will have shared with us.
2. Upon successful registration on Our Platform, You may claim a Profile available on Our Platform by accessing this link or seek to make Contributions in relation to a Profile. You may be required to provide certain details in relation to the Profile which you are claiming or in which You are making a Contribution.
3. We reserve the right to (but are not obliged to) review your Contributions at our sole discretion, accept and display the same or reject your claim to a Profile or your Contribution. Upon acceptance your claim to a Profile or Contribution,your Profile and/or Contribution shall be made available on Our Platform. Additionally, You may be required to submit additional information/ documents as a part of our review and verification process. By providing your information and documents, you agree to Our Privacy Policy.
4. While We shall not be held responsible for your Contributions or the Profile with respect to which you make the Contributions, You acknowledge that we have the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, moderate and rectify the Profile on Our Platform. It therefore follows that, at Our discretion, We may choose not to display the Profile you claim or accept a related claim to any Profiles (by way of example, but without limitation, if there are indications that Your Profile is fraudulent, false or does not belong to You), or we may choose to show only an edited version of your Contributions.

Our Usage of Your Contributions

1. We will upload Your Contributions on Our Platform and make it available as a part of our services to Our customers in the manner and format as We elect, subject to the provisions of this clause. We may choose to suspend (either temporarily or permanently) Your Contribution or the Profile you have claimed, in the event any of your representations and warranties set forth herein in these Terms are rendered untrue or false, without further liability on Us.
2. All Contributions You make will be considered voluntary, free of any royalty and without any expectation of any consideration in return, whether monetary or otherwise. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, sub- licensable, worldwide, royalty- free, fully paid up license in the Contributions to: (i) use the Contributions in accordance with these Terms, Terms of Use on our Platform; (ii) make copies, modify, make derivative copies, distribute, sell or otherwise make available to our customers the Contributions in any format. Should you disagree with any of the Terms contained herein, please refrain from submitting any Contributions to Our Platform.
3. We reserve the right to reject or remove any of Your Contributions (in whole or in part) that, in our sole discretion, does not comply with these Terms, the Terms of Use or that may violate any applicable law or public policy.
4. You represent, warrant and undertake to Us that you are the rightful owner of such Contributions or You haveunrestricted rights to make the Contributions and/or that such Contributions will not infringe any third-party rights including any intellectual property rights.
5. We may choose to use or not to use such Contributions.
6. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for Your Contributions.
7. YOU SHALL STRICTLY REFRAIN FROM CONTRIBUTING ANY INFORMATION WHICH MAY BE CONSIDERED AN INSIDER INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO APPLICABLE SECURITIES LAW.
8. If you are not sure, whether any Contributions may breach any terms of this Contributor TERMS, do not make such Contributions.

Obligations of Contributor

1. We at our sole discretion may choose that your name may be visible to the other users of our Platform in the event you claim a Profile of an Organisation. Our usage of your personal information shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
2. not to impersonate another person, or his/ her personal information;
3. not to make any misrepresentations as regards your identity or your authority to represent any organisation/ enterprise;
4. not to act under any false pretences, including creating an account under false identity;
5. not to post content that is violative of any applicable law, including content which is defamatory, libellous, infringing on any 3rd party copyright or fraudulent in nature or any information that you know to be misleading.
6. not to disclose any information in violation of any legally enforceable contractual restrictions or rights of any third party;
7. that the Contributions shall not violate any intellectual property or other rights of any third-party;

Representations and Warranties

1. By providing your Contributions, You are not in violation of any applicable law or the terms and conditions of any existing agreements, understandings, representations, arrangement, etc., whether written or oral, entered by you with any third party.
2. Your use of Our Platform shall, at all times, be lawful and consistent with these Terms, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and all applicable laws or contractual obligations.
3. By submitting your Contributions to Us, you agree that You have read and understood the Terms of Use as well as these Terms and such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to the use of Our Platform.
4. That You have the required authority/permissions from the Organisation or any other legal entity on behalf of whom You claim, provide the Contribution on Our Platform and understand and agree that We may require separate confirmation of such authority.
